In 2009, the idea of involving people with disabilities in manual production came up for the first time. So the cooperation with Lebenshilfe Rottweil, which started with a trial, has been an integral part of our production since the beginning of 2013.
4-5 people are employed daily in Denkingen, and up to 20 can work for us in Rottweil. This way, our output can be tripled within a week.
People with disabilities are very reliable and identify with the work, they enjoy what they do and impress us again and again.
Our error rate has since dropped from 10% to 1%!
