While the majority of the metalworking industry is still on the way to digitalisation, we have been working at the Industry 4.0 level since 2013. In order to provide a suitable framework for our innovative structure, we built a new administration and production building in 2010, which perfectly reflects our company philosophy in its creativity, transparency and efficiency.

Spring plungers – Whenever something snaps into place (clicks) or is positioned, spring plungers, locking devices or locking bolts are usually used. SDN is one of the few manufacturers of spring plungers, locking and fastening elements with its own product design and product catalogue. The development, design and manufacture of these components is our speciality. In addition to the standardised catalogue programme, we develop and produce spring plungers, locking and fastening elements of all types and shapes from a wide range of metals and plastics – in accordance with the wishes and technical requirements of our customers. Whether you need your product as a small, medium or large series: We’ll create your product for you all the way from the development phase through to storage.

Our know-how
In addition to our expertise in the world of springloaded pressure pieces, we offer you the complete range of services for customer-specific turned and milled parts. With the most modern CNC-controlled turning and milling centres with up to 11 axes, we produce precision parts from all known steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals and plastics from Ø 0.5 mm – Ø 65mm from the bar, from sample parts to large series of several million pieces. On request, the components are ground, heat-treated or surface-treated. Special requirements regarding component cleanliness in the fields of medical and fluid technology as well as for oxygen applications can be realised at any time.
